Yudelky (Judy) Bentley, NP-C

Family Nurse Practitioner

Yudelky T. Bentley, NP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on adult primary care. She received her Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) and her Master of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Chamberlain University School of Nursing.

Yudelky or “Judy” as she is called by many, was born in New York City to immigrant parents from the Dominican Republic. Yudelky’s parents encouraged her to pursue her interest in health care, with her parents blessing Yudelky enlisted as a Corpsman in the United States Navy, at the age of 19.

After completing her Military Service, Yudelky went on to amass more than 18 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience in South Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. Clinical experience includes Emergency Medicine, Radiology, Cath lab, Critical Care, and Surgical Oncology.

Yudelky is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about delivering care regardless of immigration or financial status. She promotes healthy lifestyle behaviors, preventative care, and safe weight loss solutions.

Yudelky maintains active membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses.

Sherita Jolly, NP-C

Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner

Sherita Jolly, NP-C is a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Oakland University and her Master of Science (Summa Cum Laude) from Spring Arbor University. Sherita is certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Sherita has more than 15+ years of experience in nursing and medicine. Sherita’s experience includes emergency medicine, critical care, family medicine, chronic disease management, adult health, geriatrics, telehealth, home healthcare and hospice.

Sherita is dedicated to her patient’s health and well-being. She uses a holistic approach treating the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. Sherita maintains active membership in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). When Sherita isn’t in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, and mentoring future nurses, nurse practitioners and entrepreneurs.
